THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Karuku Wathiai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 3/9, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause no. 7 of 2010, has issued grant in favour of John Wachira, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L.A. 50, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier in respect of Benson Karuku Wathiai (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. A. 50, in the name of John Wachira, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Benson Karuku Wathiai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
