TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2020 By (1) Tabitha Anyango Okech and (2) William Odiyo Hongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Junta Ochere alias Morris Juma Ochere, who died on 10th June, 2004. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Mathilida Percila Juma, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Kasera Adera alias Kasera Adera, who died at Konya, on 18th April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
