THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Katile Mutuku, as the administratrix of the estate of Alice Wayua Mutiso, of P.O. Box 1664-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/5197 (Orig No. 12715/356/4), situate in the North West of Movoko Municipality, in Machakos Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 108430/1, and whereas the 4th December, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4871 land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
