TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 69 OF 2020 By Caleb M'Matta Likokole, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Amisi Muhando M'Matta, who died at Thika, on 3rd August, 2019. CAUSE No. 111 OF 2020 By Serina Kaguri, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaguli Mbalusi, who died at St. Monica's Hospital in Kenya, on 28th March, 2014. CAUSE No. 122 OF 2020 By Levi Ndasosa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Kinyasa Mugavirwa alias Nathan Kinyasa Mugairwa, who died at Mudete Sub-location, on 15th August, 2008. CAUSE No. 138 OF 2020 By Wycliffe Shitakwa Manasi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manasse Kakoitsi Sitakwa, who died at Jeptulu, on 1st August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
