TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2007 By (1) Teresia Njoki Kimui, (2) Richard Njogu Kariuki and (3) Geoffrey Wathome Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 63082, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Macharia Ngenenia, who died at Riu Nderi, Thogoto, Kinoo, ou 14th June, 1996. CAUSE No. 117 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Ng'ethe Kirathe and (2) Jeremiah Muturi Kirathe, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndeiya in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aphaxad Kirathi Wati alias Alphaxard Kirathe alias Alphaxard Wati, who died at Nderu, on 11th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
