TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E40 OF 2020 By Penina Obiero Omondi, of P.O. Box 93-40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omondi Omondi alias James Otenga, who died at Rabuor Village, on 16th March, 2014. CAUSE No. E54 OF 2020 By Kennedy Otieno Ocheche, of P.O. Box 103, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ocheche Ocheche, who died at Kamgundho II Sub-location, on 2nd October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
