TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E25 OF 2020 By Margaret Beatrice Olum, of P.O. Box 11, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Haraka Omolo alias John Araka alias John Araka s/o Absalom Omolo alias Okoth Omolo, who died at Kaugagi Udenda, on 11th April, 1984. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2020 By (1) Domtila Eunice Obiero, (2) Elizabeth Akinyi Obiero and (3) Adriano Philip Okang' Obiero, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Francis Obiero-Okang', who died on 31st October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
