TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 381 OF 2020 By Jane Njeri Nderi, of P.O. Box 601-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nderi Kabaki, late of Nairobi, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 10th January, 2020. CAUSE No.416 of 2020 By Wallace Mukundi Kimotho, of P.O. Box 56-00223, Kagwe in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njeri Mukundi, who died at Githurai, Kimbo, on 21st September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
