TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2020 By (1) Brian Manase Omondi and (2) Cindy Magdaline Omondi, the deceased's son and daugter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Atieno Obat, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
