WHEREAS (I) Gladys Kinanu lnoti and (2) Naflaly M'Thimangu (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as MertJ/Municipality Block II/186, situate in the dis11·ict of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause no. 65 of 2017, hao; issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Doreen Muthoni Th.imangu, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in l'<~·;pect of (I) Gladys Kinanu lnoti and (2) Naftaly M 'Thimangu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given lhat after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof. provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Doreen lvluthoni Thimangu, and upon such registration the land tilk deed issued earlier to (I J Gladys Kinanu Inoti and (2) Nnftaly M'Thimnngu (deceased), shall be deemed tLl be cancelled and of no effect.
