IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 30 (I) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, as read together with sections 5 (I) ·and 6 of the Office of the County Attorney Act, 2020, and following the approval by the County Assembly of Machakos on the lOth November, 2020, I Alfred N. Mutua, Governor, Machakos County, appoint- JAMES MUSANGO KATHILI to be the County Attorney of the County Government of Machakos, for a term of six (6) years, from the date of this appointment.
