Box 21700, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Hiram Kibali (minor), formerly known as Hiram Kimutai Kibali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hiram Kimutai Kibali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hiram Kibali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hiram Kibali only.
