WHEREAS Nicholas Muthu Ngure alias Muthu Ngure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.048 hectare or thereabouts, blown as Ndumberi/Tinganga/T.600, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kiambu in succession cause no. 410 of 2016, has issued grant and letters of administration to (1) Moses Muthu Nginyo, (2) Karen Thingu Kanari, (3) Michael Muthu Ngure and (4) Carolyn Wanjiku Fihner, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nicholas Muthu Ngure alias Muthu Ngure (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of RL. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Moses Muthu Nginyo, (2) Karen Thingu Kanari, (3) Michael Muthu Ngure and (4) Carolyn Wanjiku Filmer, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nicholas Muthu Ngure alias Muthu Ngure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
