NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to collect their motor vehicle stored under card No. 0953, KCF 509W, Honda Fit, KBX 385Y, Premio, KBW 506G, Mazda Demio, KBT 619V, Toyota Fielder, KBT 529T, Toyota Fielder, KBT 752K, Toyota Hilux and KBL 015Z, Nissan Serena lying uncollected at the premises of Jasho Garage Limited, Kamukunji , Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty days (30) from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Auto Tech Kenya Limited all the storage charges and any other payments and incidental costs including cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
