GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9202

PURSUANT to the provision of Disposal for Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap 38) laws of Kenya, to Maersk Kenya Limited, Kenam International Traders Limited, Midland Freighters, M/s Robinson Musa and Spaceland Logistics Limited to collect from M/s. Bridge Up Container Services Limited (Magongo), the goods indicated in the schedule below, upon payment of all the outstanding charges and other incidental costs within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication hereof. Failure to pay and collect the said goods before expiry of this notice, the said goods shall be sold by public auction without any further reference to the owners.
