WHEREAS Lilian Wanjiru Kibura, of P.O. Box 36711–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. Kiambaa/Thimbigua/5924, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
