REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amrali Ali Shaban, of P.O. Box 1575, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0841 hectare or thereabouts, situate situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 23/216, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
