WHEREAS (1) Doreen Atieno Anyona, (2) Jacqueline Akinyi Anyona, (3) Christabel Orinda Anyona and (4) Genevieve Atieno Anyona, all of P.O. Box 52664–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that flat No. G1-Block G, Ground floor, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8875, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 107900/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
