NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th July, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2658, in Volume Dl, Folio 155/2678, File No. MMXX, by our client, Jamal Mohumed Adan, of P.O. Box 108- 70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jelle Abdirashid Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name kite Abdirashid Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jamal Mohumed Adan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jamal Mohumed Adan only.
