REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Davidson N. Kuguru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiine/Sagana/2478, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 417 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration to Johnson Gikandi Ngibuini (ID/1381906), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Johnson Gikandi Ngibuini (ID/1381906), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Davidson N.
