REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Andrew Kombe Karisa and (2) Rosanna Laconi, both of P.O. Box 242, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Malindi, registered under title No. Gede/Kirepwe 13'1367, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
