TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2020 By Joseph Mutua Wamundu, of P.O. Box 938-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngonyo Kisengela, late of Kalawani, who died there on 10th December, 1982. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2020 By (1) Nicholas Mwangangi Matheka and (2) Kanini Nthita Mwose, both of P.O. Box 1, Kalawa in Kenya, the deceased's brother and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Musyoki Matheka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
