TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 115 OF 2019 By (1) Geoffrey Kamotho Ngotho and (2) Joseph Kamama Ngotho, both of P.O. Box 61817-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's father and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritha Wanja Ngotho, who died at St. Elizabeth. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
