TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2020 By David Mutua Muoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoki Uswili, who died at Mbagathi, on 1st July, 1997. CAUSE No. 180 OF 2020 By Jacinth Njoki Gikonyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Gikonyo alias Raphael Gikonyo Gachara, who died at Mugumo, Gituamba, on 19th July, 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
