CAUSE No. 133 OF 2020 (E32 OF 2020) By Christopher Wainaina Gatonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaire Gatonga, who died at Muthithi Location, on 26th November, 1966. CAUSE No. 134 OF 2020 (E31 OF 2020) By Samuel Mwangi Kungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Waithira Itotia alias Ruth Waithira Jacob, who died at Marumi Sub-location, on 22nd January, 1982. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
