TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2020 By David Maim Githira, of P.O. Box 332-10205, Maragwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Mbuiya Githira alias Eshter Mbuiya, who died at Mwiki, on 4th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 116 OF 2020 By (1) Judy Wangui Karanja, and (2) Brian Macharia Riba, both of P.O. Box 1059-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Riba Macharia, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
