TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E31 OF 2020 By Rujina Adhiambo Okongo, of P.O. Box 41, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okongo Chiawo, late of Komolo, who died there on 17th September, 2009. CAUSE No. E48 OF 2020 By Magdaline Opudo and (2) Jared Otieno Opudo, both of P.O. Box 4-40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Opudo Okach alias James Opundo Okach, who died at Kanyiriema Sub-location, on 4th February, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
