TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 102 OF 2020 By (1) Anthony Mama Gitonga and (2) David Baragu Gitonga, both of P.O. Box 37, Mweiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gitonga Muriithi, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2018. CAUSE No. 127 OF 2020 By (I) Lydia Nyambura Muriuki and (2) Peter Nderitu Muriuki, both of P.O. Box 253, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriuki Murithi alias Muriuki Muriithi, who died at Karara Sub-location, on 15th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
