THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Njeri Njenga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kieseges/Nyamamithi Block 4/607, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 5 of 2013, has issued grant in favour of (1) John Joseph Ndungu, (2) James Peter Mburu Njenga and (3) Esther Karungari Nyanjui, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered as poroprietor by transmission of LRA. 50 and whereas the land title deed in respect of Esther Njeri Njenga (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA 50 in the names of (1) John Joseph Ndungu, (2) James Peter Mburu Njenga and (3) Esther Karungari Nyanjui and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Esther Njeri Njenga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
