WHEREAS Josephat Maina Kiragu (ID/23841703), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia, registered under title No. Bukhayo/Mundika/8324, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
