REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Paul Chege Njenga ‘11)/22191828), (2) George Njogu Kangau (ID/2354420), (3) Ethan Njau (ID/10645745) and (4) Paul Kuria Mungai (ID/9325280), all of P.O. Box 38224-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
