WHEREAS Hezron Angiro Kauma (ID/I 155794), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.05, 0.23, 0.05, 0.04 and 0.02 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Hama Bay, registered under title Nos. Kanyada/Kanyabala/l 848, Kanyada/K/Kalanya/4491, Kanyada/K/ Katuma "B"/682, 731 and 844, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (00) days from the date hereof, 1 shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
