WHEREAS James Wachira Mwangi (ID/14543686), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of alt' those pieces of land containing 0.043 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei.•Nonth/43359 and 43363, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence hiss been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the dare hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no object;on has been received within that period.
