WHEREAS Charles Ntarangwi Mucheke (ID/11696921), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1336 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru North, registered under title No. AmwathitMaua/7279, and whereas sufficient evidence bas been adduced to ShOW that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice' is given that-after the expiration of sixty OW clays from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed proyided that no objection has heeti received within that period.
