WHEREAS Lucy Hellen Warue ,Nomu (ID/22621890), of P.O. Box 85, Wang'uru in the Republic of Ket,ya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that picce of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Kabare/Nyangati/7732, and wher,-as sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeti issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration t.'f sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deesi provided that no objection has been received within that period.
