NOTICE is given for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 6th November, 2020, the following resolutions are to be tabled: 3. SPECIAL RESOLUTION: "THAT the Company be liquidated voluntarily as a members' voluntary liquidation" 4. ORDINARY RESOLUTION: "THAT Mr. Owen Koimburi Njenga, of P.O. Box 61120-00200, Nairobi is appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such liquidation" The Creditors of the Company are required on or before 23rd October, 2020, to send full particulars of all claims they may have against the Company addressed to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the Company and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by his Advocate to come and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are approved Dated the 16th October, 2020.
