IN EXERCISE of the mandate conferred by section 7(1) and 3(1) (c) (g) of the Auctioneers Act (Cap. 526 of 1996) laws of Kenya, the Chief Justice makes the following re-appointments-- Kenneth Kipkurui Cheruiyot—Secretary Members: Theresa Wairimu Mwigigi Herman Kasili (Rev.) to be members of the Auctioneers Licensing Board, for a second term of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th October, 2020.
