TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 206 OF 2020 By John Wanyonyi Wafula, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wafula Wanyonyi Kulenya alias Wafula Wanyonyi, who died at Kholera Sub-location in 1989. CAUSE NO. 207 OF 2020 By Alex Opanja Wangulu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Wangulu, who died at Kholera in 1976. CAUSE No. 208 OF 2020 By Francis Wabwire Yakobo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Muse Kakai alias Jacob Kakayi, who died at Khalaba Sub-location in 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
