Kapuonja, Kisumu, on I lth July, 1998. CAUSE No. 77 OF 2020 By Miriam Ayiemba Zablon, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Okonji Obbayi alias Moses Okonji, who died at West Karateng, on 13th September 2017. CAUSE No. 78 OF 2020 By Wilfrida Miruka Okoth, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zabianus Obiero Opere, who died on 13th April, 1986. CAUSE No. EIO OF 2020 By Monica Atieno Aloo, the deceased's niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloo Moi, who died on 30th June, 2020. CAUSE No. Ell OF 2020 By Maurice Agengo Ogony, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajwang Ogony, who died on 30th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
