TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2020 By Nzilani Mawili, c/o P.O. Box 1030-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nthama Mawili, who died at Machakos, on 4th August, 1990. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By (1) David Ndonye kioko and (2) Titus Wambua Munyao, c/o P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioko Muthengi, who died at Kawethei, on 10th November, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
