TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By Gilbert Simiyu Wafula, of P.O. Box 102, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Wafula Chemiati who died at Kabuchai Sub-location, on 14th March, 2009. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By Benard Wanjala Namungoma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rombosia Khaemba Masibo, who died at Namwela in 1972. CAusE No. 13 OF 2020 By ( I ) Collins Wanyonyi Wanjala and (2) Daniel Adiala Roosvelt, both of P.O. Box 43, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjala Andrea Bukunya, who died at South Kulisiru Village, on llth March 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
