TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2020 By Albert Kundu Wanyonyi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masielo Lungwanyi, who died at Sub-district Hospital, Kimilili in Kenya, on 31st August, 2000. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2020 By Joe Murachi Waswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Waswa Lusweti, who died at Kimalewa, on 20th June, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
