TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 100 OF 2020 By Paul Macharia Muchina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Muchina Kibui alias Mucina Kibui who died at Kangari Sub-location, on 16th October, 1991. CAUSE No. 124 OF 2020 By David Maguta Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maguta Munyinyi, who died at Kigumo Location, on 10th August, 1968. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
