TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 158 OF 2020 By (1) Alfred Oketch Owuor and (2) Bernard Otieno Owuor, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongoro Obura, who died at Masogo Sub-location, on 20th August, 1999. CAUSE No. E36 OF 2020 By Dorka Ouko Ndege, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ofter Ndege Sibuor, who died on 14th October, 2002. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2020 By Charles Oloo Obura, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Alal alias Rajina Alal., who died on 15th July, 1989. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2020 By Charles Oloo Obura, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Hongo, who died on 5th November, 1990. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2020 By Gerfash Otana Gundo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odero Gudo, who died on 15th August, 1999. CAUSE No. E42 OF 2020 By Benedicto Ajuang Odiyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odiyo Agot, who died on 1st January, 1978. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2020 By Fabian Juma Kisanda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bethlomew Ouko Kisanda alias Batholomeo Ouko Kasanda, who died on 10th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
