TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2019 By Selina Musina Natili, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imbusi Natili alias Natiri Imbusi, who died on 5th October, 2009. CAUSE No. 56 OF 2020 By Aineah Jinaih Tung'a, of P.O. Box 37, Luandeti in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Tung'a, who died on I 1th January, 2005. CAUSE No. 91 OF 2020 By Rodgers Odunga Mawi, of P.O. Box 262-50100, Kakaniega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Were Munandi alias Mawi Natuku Odunga, who died on 20th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
