TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 226 OF 2020 By (1) Joan A. Aminga and (2) Leah Anyanje Makunda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Wetendi Omusula, who died at Lunza, on 7th October, 2009. CAUSE No. 230 OF 2020 By James Onyango Ogola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omondi Ogola Odongo, who died on 17th November, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
