TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2020 By Nthiga M'Miru Njagi, of P.O. Box 73, Kigaa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njagi M'Meru, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2003. CAUSE No. E23 OF 2020 By (1) Njue Erasto and (2) Kujeta Marigi Ireri, both of P.O. Box 62, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Ndwiga Simba, who died at Mukuuri, on 4th March, 2007. CAUSE No. E24 OF 2020 By Peter Njiru Njogu, of P.O. Box 22, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu Ruangemi alias Njogu Rwangemi, late of Embu, who died at Nduuri Village, on 1st June, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
