TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 86 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Waiyego Mwangi and (2) Gerald Githua Gitati, both of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Njeri Karitu, who died at Gakira, on 31st October, 2014. CAUSE No. 93 OF 2020 By Jane Wambui Gachira, of P.O. Box 26, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Gachira Maina, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
