TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2019 By (1) John Kagambo Kangethe and (2) Mary Wairimu Gitau, both of P.O. Box 3, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Biriha Murugi Gitau, who died at Gatamaiyu Location, on 1 lth May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
