CAUSE No. 17 OF 2020 By Frida Naliaka Wekesa, of P.O. Box 2324, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Linden Wafula Mark Wambani, who died at Kapomboi, on 26th December, 2014. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By Pricillah Nyakonyo Nyuri and (2) Grace Wairimu Nyuri, both of P.O. Box 4393-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwangi Waititu, who died at Kitale, on 1st September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
